The platform is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
ph365 app reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
